1. About us

This website is operated by Prayer & Purpose, run by Prayerandpurpose40, based in Kenya ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@yourdomain.com.

2. Our products

We sell digital products such as eBooks, devotionals, journals, printables and related services. No physical goods are shipped. Descriptions and prices may change at any time, but a price you have paid will not change.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are handled by third-party platforms (for example Selar, Paystack, Payhip or Gumroad) and are subject to their terms. We do not store your card or M-Pesa details. Prices are shown in the currency on the product page.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by download link or email, usually straight after payment. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us with your payment reference.

5. Refunds

Because digital products can be copied once downloaded, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All content, designs and logos belong to us or our licensors. When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own household or small group. You may not resell, share publicly, upload online, or claim the work as your own without our written permission.

7. Spiritual content

Our resources are offered for encouragement and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

8. Third-party links

This site links to other services, such as payment pages and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
